Approach

How the work gets done

Start with the decision

Every model and report begins with the question someone has to answer, not with the data that happens to be available.

Build for the plant floor

Tools are designed with the people who run operations, so they get used on Monday morning, not admired once in a demo.

Leave it ownable

Clear architecture, documentation and handover, so your own team can run and extend what gets built.

About

Tim Dieltjens

Founder & Principal Consultant. Data architect and analytics leader with more than ten years across data engineering, BI development, analytics architecture and people leadership.

Tim spent the past decade inside a global automotive supplier, where he supported an analytics portfolio of more than 3,000 reporting solutions across 170 operating sites. He led a team of five direct reports alongside vendor resources from Infosys, Capgemini and Tata Consultancy Services.

His work sits where business systems meet the plant floor: ERP and MES data, tariffs and logistics, scrap and month end close. He founded Pliro Group to bring that same practical, results first approach to more organizations.
